About the role
Responsibilities
- Act as the primary facilitator and servant leader for the Agile Release Train (ART), guiding teams, Scrum Masters, and Product Owners in Agile and SAFe practices.
- Lead and facilitate major ART ceremonies, including PI Planning, ART Sync meetings, and Scrum of Scrums.
- Proactively manage program-level risks, impediments, and dependencies, ensuring compliance with regulatory and security mandates.
- Collaborate with Product Management, System Architects, and Business Owners to align strategy with execution.
- Drive flow optimization and predictability metrics while ensuring releases adhere to change management and governance requirements.
- Coach and mentor Scrum Masters and Product Owners on agile maturity and scaling practices.
- Communicate ART status, risks, and progress to executive stakeholders.
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in IT, Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 7+ years of total Agile-related experience.
- 3+ years of experience as a Coach, Product Manager, or Scrum Master.
- 3+ years of experience coaching multiple agile teams.
- 3+ years of experience with Agile Management tools.
- Certified SAFe Release Train Engineer (RTE), SAFe Program Consultant (SPC), or Certified Scrum Master (CSM).
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience working in highly regulated industries, such as Finance.
- Background in DevOps, continuous delivery environments, or organizational agility transformations.
- Experience in complex, multi-team software development or enterprise transformation environments.
