Release Train Engineer - Data and Analytics

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage product delivery using Agile frameworks and techniques to drive value within the Data and Analytics domain
• Facilitate key Agile events including PI Planning, Scrum of Scrums, Inspect & Adapt workshops, and sprint reviews
• Manage and optimize the flow of value through the Agile Release Train using tools like Program Kanban
• Identify, escalate, and manage risks and dependencies across teams and the solution train
• Collaborate with Product Owners and stakeholders to ensure alignment between strategy and execution
• Foster a culture of continuous improvement and coach teams toward higher levels of scrum maturity
• Monitor and report on progress to ensure transparency and alignment with organizational objectives

Requirements

• 8-13 years of experience in Computer Science, Biotech/Biopharma, Engineering, or IT
• Strong understanding of Agile methodologies, specifically the Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe)
• Proficiency with Agile project management tools including Jira, Confluence, and Jira Align
• Proven experience guiding teams through Agile events and ensuring adherence to SAFe practices
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills within a cross-functional, matrixed environment

Preferred Qualifications

• Certified SAFe Release Train Engineer (RTE) or Certified SAFe Scrum Master
• Experience in biopharma R&D domains or informatics solution delivery
• Deep understanding of DevOps and Test Automation processes in software delivery
• Experience with workshop facilitation and training
