About the role
Responsibilities
- Lead and manage product delivery using Agile frameworks, specifically facilitating ART events such as PI Planning, Scrum of Scrums, and Inspect & Adapt workshops
- Facilitate agile events including stand-ups, sprint/PI planning, reviews, retrospectives, demos, and backlog refinement
- Collaborate with Product Owners, Product Management, and stakeholders to ensure alignment between strategy and execution
- Identify, escalate, and manage risks and dependencies across the Agile Release Train (ART)
- Optimize the flow of value through the ART using tools like Program Kanban and other information radiators
- Coach Scrum Masters and teams to achieve higher levels of scrum maturity and delivery acceleration
- Foster a culture of continuous improvement and drive Lean-Agile transformation within the organization
Requirements
- Master's or Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Business, Engineering, IT, or a related field
- 12-16 years of professional experience in relevant fields
- Strong expertise in the Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe)
- Proven experience with Agile project management tools including Jira, Confluence, and Jira Align
- Certified SAFe Release Train Engineer (RTE) or a similar professional certification
- Excellent problem-solving, communication, and people management skills
- Ability to work flexible shifts, including evening or night shifts, based on business needs
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in the Pharmaceutical industry or within a Clinical domain
- Deep understanding of DevOps and Test Automation processes in software delivery
- Certified SAFe Scrum Master (SSM) or similar certification
- Experience in workshop facilitation and professional training
