Release Project Manager

Responsibilities

• Manage assigned modernization projects from contract award through material release
• Coordinate and prepare technical submittals, drawings, and documentation
• Validate scope, configuration, and order accuracy against contract documents and Otis standards
• Partner with Sales, Engineering, Supply Chain, and Field Operations to resolve technical questions
• Ensure material orders are complete, accurate, and released according to project schedules
• Proactively identify risks or missing information that could impact downstream execution
• Track progress against key deliverables and provide status updates to internal stakeholders

Requirements

• 2+ years of project management experience in the elevator, construction, or a related technical field
• Working knowledge of construction documents, submittals, and material procurement
• Ability to interpret architectural, structural, and elevator drawings
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, specifically Excel
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects concurrently
• High school diploma required; Bachelor's degree in engineering preferred
• Elevator or escalator industry experience is a plus
