Release Manager

Responsibilities

• Plan and coordinate application releases across multiple environments
• Manage deployment schedules and maintain release calendars
• Ensure proper change management, approvals, and stakeholder communication
• Coordinate between business stakeholders, development teams, infrastructure teams, and vendors
• Manage release risks, develop rollback plans, and oversee production readiness activities
• Monitor post-release activities to ensure successful implementation

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or a related field
• 5+ years of experience in release management, change management, or IT service delivery
• Strong understanding of SDLC, DevOps, and CI/CD practices
• Hands-on experience with tools such as ServiceNow, Jira, or Azure DevOps

Preferred Qualifications

• ITIL certification
