Release Intern

Responsibilities

• Assist in coordinating post-production assets with editors, colorists, and sound engineers
• Review episode drafts for quality control, including technical issues, subtitles, graphics, and audio consistency
• Organize and track release assets to ensure deliverables are complete and correctly named
• Prepare and manage subtitles and transcripts using AI tools
• Upload and organize assets across internal systems and cloud storage
• Coordinate with team members to follow up on tasks affecting the release schedule
• Maintain release checklists and documentation to ensure smooth workflows
• Assist with archive management and organization of episode assets

Requirements

• Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet strict deadlines
• Strong written and verbal communication skills in English
• Proficiency with spreadsheets, cloud storage, and digital organization tools
• Genuine interest in media production, post-production, or digital content
• Proactive attitude and a strong willingness to learn

Preferred Qualifications

• Fluency in Arabic
• Familiarity with Adobe Premiere Pro or Frame.io
• Experience with Google Workspace or project management tools
