Release Coordinator

Responsibilities

• Manage the release and lifecycle of installation parts, kits, software, and licenses for construction equipment grade control systems
• Assist with discovery and scope of work for building licenses, including determining BOM, cost, and feature roll-ups
• Drive execution of license creation by creating Epics and tasks in Jira and assigning part numbers in Agile
• Create ECO/MCOs in Agile to facilitate releases
• Coordinate with internal teams to manage steps required to make parts sellable
• Release software and sellable hardware and manage inactive parts for business teams
• Create transition sheets to support the Transition Coordinator

Requirements

• Experience in Operations Management and supply chain
• Strong problem-solving and time management skills
• High attention to detail and a demonstrated customer focus
• Effective verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to work well with others, drive activity, and lead people

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in Manufacturing, Product Development, or NPI
• Proficiency with Oracle, PIM, or Agile software
• Experience with compliance processes
