Relationship Officer

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain strong relationships with real estate brokers, developers, investors, and corporate clients
• Assist clients with property registration, transfer, and trustee-related services
• Guide clients through documentation requirements and transaction procedures
• Coordinate with the Dubai Land Department, developers, and banks for smooth transaction processing
• Handle client inquiries, complaints, and service requests professionally
• Ensure all transactions comply with Dubai Land Department policies and regulations
• Maintain accurate records of client interactions and transaction documents
• Identify and generate new business opportunities through networking and relationship building
• Prepare reports on client activities, transaction status, and business development performance

Requirements

• Emirati (Locals) with Family Book only
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
• 2–4 years of experience in relationship management or sales within the UAE real estate industry
• Strong knowledge of Dubai real estate procedures and documentation
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM systems
• Fluent in both English and Arabic
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
