About the role

Responsibilities

  • Identify, recruit, and empanel a high-potential network of new financial channel partners including MFDs, IFAs, brokers, and sub-brokers
  • Achieve aggressive monthly and quarterly sales and investment targets for lumpsum and SIP/PTP
  • Increase adoption and total investment volume of the P2P product within the distributor base
  • Provide product education, training, and sales support to channel partners
  • Assist partners with onboarding, documentation, and transaction processes while ensuring regulatory compliance
  • Monitor competitor activity and the P2P lending regulatory framework to effectively position products

Requirements

  • Minimum 3+ years of proven B2B sales experience in the financial services industry
  • Direct experience within Asset Management Companies (AMC), Mutual Funds, Broking/Securities Firms, or NBFCs
  • Mandatory established and active network of financial channel partners (MFDs/IFAs) in the designated territory
  • Strong understanding of financial products such as Mutual Funds, SIPs, equity, bonds, and PMS/AIF
  • Excellent communication, relationship-building, and negotiation skills
