About the role
Responsibilities
- Build and maintain strong client relationships and drive B2B/B2C sales
- Drive acquisition of channel partners including IFAs, MFDs, and corporate partners
- Manage a network of distributors to increase product penetration and AUM growth
- Enable partners through training, product knowledge, and sales support
- Execute strategies to activate inactive distributors and improve partner productivity
- Promote investment products including Mutual Funds, Fixed Deposits, PMS, AIF, and Bonds
- Conduct regular partner meetings, training sessions, and joint client calls
- Monitor partner performance and track business metrics to drive revenue
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and maintain strong governance
Requirements
- NISM Certification VA (Mandatory)
- Fluency in Kannada (Mandatory)
- Graduate or Postgraduate degree, preferably in Finance or Business
- Minimum 3+ years of experience in channel sales or distributor management in financial services
- Strong network or experience working with IFAs, MFDs, or wealth distributors
- Deep understanding of financial products like Mutual Funds, PMS, AIF, FDs, and Bonds
- Proven ability to drive partner acquisition and engagement
- Excellent communication and presentation abilities
