Responsibilities

• Manage a portfolio of assigned distributors and push them to achieve business targets
• Build and maintain long-term relationships with distributors
• Identify and capitalize on growth opportunities within the distributor network
• Act as the primary point of contact for distributors and their customers to resolve issues
• Provide training and resources to help distributors understand products and processes
• Maintain accurate records of distributor performance and prepare regular reports

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or a related field
• 3+ years of experience in relationship management, preferably in financial services
• Strong understanding of mutual funds and loan products
• Excellent communication skills in Gujarati and regional knowledge
• Proficiency in MS Excel and CRM software
• Proven track record in managing business relationships and driving growth
