Relationship Manager, Vice President

Responsibilities

• Manage and grow high-value client relationships within the Emerging Middle Market segment ($10MM-$50MM revenue).
• Lead the structuring of complex deals, credit approvals, and high-value negotiations.
• Drive business development through market coverage strategies and a strong Center of Influence (COI) network.
• Oversee high-value client portfolios to drive cross-selling, retention, and profitability.
• Act as a strategic advisor on loan products, rates, terms, and collateral requirements.
• Ensure strict adherence to regulatory requirements, internal controls, and risk management frameworks.
• Collaborate with senior leadership and cross-functional teams to deliver holistic business solutions.

Requirements

• 10+ years of relevant experience in Relationship Management, Account Management, or Portfolio Management within a corporate banking environment.
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Accounting, or a related discipline.
• Proven track record in sales performance and managing complex credit structures.
• Advanced proficiency in Project Management and Change Management.
• Expert-level skills in Credit Risk Assessment, Deal Structuring, and Stakeholder Management.

Preferred Qualifications

• Established professional network (COI) within the target market.
• Deep expertise in regulatory compliance and commercial banking products.
