About the role
Responsibilities
- Act as the single owner of the process and single point of contact from offer acceptance to property registration
- Guide buyers and sellers through each step of the closing process and resolve queries
- Ensure all legal and financial closing documents are accurately completed and submitted on time
- Coordinate with lawyers, bankers, societies, and registrars to ensure smooth registration
