Relationship Manager - SME

Responsibilities

• Identify and acquire SME and corporate borrowers for various financing products, including Business Loans, Working Capital, and Trade Finance.
• Develop and execute business development strategies to build a robust pipeline of SME clients in the UAE.
• Manage relationships with key decision-makers, including CXOs, CFOs, and Treasury teams.
• Conduct needs assessments to tailor Yubi’s financial products to specific client requirements.
• Ensure smooth transaction handovers to the internal execution team for deal closure.
• Monitor onboarded clients to ensure active platform usage and fulfill ongoing financing needs.
• Collect client feedback to drive continuous improvements in the onboarding process and product experience.

Requirements

• 5 to 12 years of experience in SME or corporate client acquisition.
• In-depth knowledge of enterprise financing products (e.g., Unsecured Business Loans, Asset-Backed Loans, CAPEX Loans, and Working Capital).
• Proven track record in B2B sales, lead generation, and achieving sales targets.
• Strong ability to build and maintain relationships with high-level executive teams.
• Proficiency with CRM tools such as HubSpot for lead management and reporting.
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Finance, Business Administration, Accounting, or a related field.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills for presenting complex financial proposals.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience working with SME lending platforms or fintech solutions.
• Familiarity with the UAE market and the local regulatory landscape for corporate financing.
