About the role
Responsibilities
- Execute the end-to-end sales process for SME financing, from lead generation to post-approval
- Manage and drive individual sales and revenue targets
- Ensure streamlined sales operations and work across functions for excellent client experience
- Build strong relationships with borrowers and educate them on financial products and services
- Resolve client complaints and issues promptly
- Collaborate with internal departments to meet client expectations
Requirements
- 2-7 years of experience in SME lending
- Proficient in Thai language
- Currently based in Bangkok
- Proven experience in sales management and problem solving
- Strong interpersonal and relationship building skills
- Track record of meeting sales targets
- Proactive attitude with ability to originate loans directly
Preferred Qualifications
- English language skills
- Previous experience in a startup environment
- Experience launching new business lines
