Relationship Manager

Responsibilities

• Actively promote and sell Smart Zone concierge services to new and existing clients
• Identify client needs and recommend suitable concierge solutions and packages
• Manage client relationships from initial inquiry through to service delivery
• Coordinate with internal teams and external partners to ensure smooth execution of services
• Follow up on leads, upsell additional services, and close sales opportunities
• Maintain accurate client records and sales updates within the CRM
• Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction to drive repeat business

Requirements

• 1–3 years of sales or client-facing experience, preferably in business services, consulting, or hospitality
• Strong sales mindset with a proven ability to upsell and cross-sell services
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills
• Target-driven, proactive, and highly client-oriented
• Experience in UAE business services is considered a plus
