Responsibilities

  • Identify, generate, and convert leads to build a robust network of distributors
  • Conduct cold calls and field visits to engage potential distributors
  • Support the distributor onboarding process and optimize funnel conversion rates
  • Develop and implement innovative sales and marketing strategies to increase distributor investments
  • Offer continuous support for query resolution and client calls
  • Conduct training sessions for distributors on equity market updates and product features
  • Facilitate engagement through weekly updates and monthly relationship-building calls

Requirements

  • Minimum 2 years of experience as a Relationship Manager for Mutual Fund Distributors
  • In-depth knowledge of financial markets, equity markets, Mutual Funds, Stocks, ETFs, and IPOs
  • Bachelor's degree required; postgraduate degree preferred
  • Local resident fluent in the regional language
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills

  • NISM certification
  • CFA certification
  • CA certification
