About the role

Responsibilities

  • Own and grow a portfolio of Fin's mid market customers driving revenue expansion, retention, and long-term loyalty
  • Engage with executives and operators to position AI-driven solutions and tie platform value to business impact
  • Design and execute territory strategies targeting upsell, cross-sell, and multi-business unit expansion
  • Partner cross-functionally with Marketing, Product, and Customer Success to translate customer needs into product innovation
  • Analyze and communicate performance metrics regarding retention, adoption, and platform expansion
  • Mentor peers and share winning plays to raise team execution standards

Requirements

  • 5+ years in a quota-carrying role managing a large book of business (85+ accounts)
  • 3+ years selling SaaS solutions in complex, high-velocity environments
  • Proven success navigating procurement processes and influencing enterprise decision-makers
  • Experience selling AI-powered products with deep knowledge of AI applications
  • Track record of exceeding quota and driving complex renewals
