About the role
Responsibilities
- Process and respond to high-volume business funding applications to meet monthly disbursement targets
- Interpret business bank data and financial metrics for Credit Risk assessment
- Identify existing clients qualifying for higher credit limits based on repayment history
- Provide clear information regarding funding products, pricing, and terms
- Maintain a dedicated portfolio of repeat funding clients to foster long-term trust
- Maintain a data-led sales pipeline with accurate reporting on forecasts and conversion rates
Requirements
- Grade 12 required; Degree or Diploma in Finance, Business, or Accounting highly desirable
- Minimum 2–3 years of proven sales experience with a track record of meeting targets
- Strong technical aptitude and ability to leverage AI tools
- Proficiency in Excel and experience with CRM platforms like Zendesk is advantageous
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-pressure fintech environment
