Responsibilities
- Recruit channel partners including IFAs and Distributors
- Provide training for Business Development
- Prepare business plans and strategies to develop channel partner business
- Plan activities with channel partners to increase productivity
- Accompany IFAs on HNI/UHNI client meetings
- Address and spread awareness regarding P2P lending in group client meets
- Solve distributor queries
- Own and deliver organizational targets on time
- Follow internal sales processes and comply with industry norms
Requirements
- Business Development and Channel management skills
- People oriented and outgoing personality
- Good understanding of Mutual fund distribution and industry workings
- Eagerness to work in a start-up environment
- Strong problem-solving skills
