Aura by Hex Trust is the private wealth business of Hex Trust. We bring institutional-grade digital asset infrastructure - custody, trading, yield, structured products - to high net worth (HNW) individuals and family offices, delivered through a Relationship Manager–led model backed by an easy-to-use app.

Hex Trust is a fully-licensed digital asset financial institution building the infrastructure institutions use to operate in crypto. We serve 600+ institutional clients globally including funds, family offices, and banks.

Responsibilities

• Establish and grow long-term relationships with HNW clients, family offices, and private wealth channels
• Cultivate and expand partnerships with relevant distribution partners and intermediaries
• Lead prospect and client meetings to articulate the value proposition
• Identify cross-selling opportunities across trading, structured products, and lending solutions
• Work with the Marketing Team to support client attraction and activation activities
• Oversee smooth onboarding and ongoing relationship management in collaboration with compliance and operations
• Deliver best-in-class, white-glove service to private clients

Requirements

• 5–15 years of experience in relationship management, private banking, wealth management, or crypto financial services
• Demonstrated success in growing AUM and managing sophisticated private clients
• Strong knowledge of financial markets and investment products
• Digital asset familiarity required
• Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
• Fluency in English required; Mandarin or Arabic is highly valued
