Relationship Manager

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary point of contact for all member inquiries, providing tailored and prompt support.
• Oversee all outbound communications to members, including invitations and updates regarding private gatherings.
• Manage the social media department to ensure messaging aligns with Civis Mundi’s premium positioning.
• Facilitate strategic introductions between members and partners to foster meaningful connections.
• Identify, establish, and manage high-level partnerships to expand membership benefits.
• Support the creation of new agreements in collaboration with legal and internal departments.
• Conduct introductory calls and webinars to onboard new members and inform client advisors.
• Assist in the planning and execution of private, invitation-only events with luxury brands and cultural institutions.
• Mentor junior members of the team.

Requirements

• Degree in business, communications, international relations, or a related field (Master’s preferred).
• 3+ years of experience in relationship management or luxury client services, ideally within private membership networks or UHNW advisory.
• Proven track record of working with UHNWIs and high-profile stakeholders.
• Strong capabilities in partnership development, high-level networking, and negotiation.
• Professional proficiency in English (Native or Bilingual preferred).
• Proficiency in MS Office, CRM, and digital communication tools.
• Expertise in communications, event messaging, and social media strategy.
• Cultural fluency to engage effectively with luxury brands and international institutions.
