Relationship Manager

Responsibilities

• Prospect new clients through networking, referral partnerships, and cold-calling
• Conduct in-person and phone presentations to small and mid-sized merchants to close sales
• Demonstrate the value proposition of the Global Payments platform
• Maintain accurate client records and interaction notes within CRM systems like Salesforce and Atlas
• Achieve minimum production requirements and sales quotas
• Upsell existing clients on additional products and services

Requirements

• Must be 18 years of age or older
• Valid driver's license and ability to travel to client sites
• Ability to be in the field a minimum of 75% of the time
• Strong prospecting, communication, and networking skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Preferred Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED
• At least two years of relevant sales or industry experience
• Knowledge of the Restaurant or Retail industries
