Relationship Manager

Responsibilities

• Prospect new clients and build referral partnerships to secure appointments
• Conduct in-person and phone presentations to small and mid-sized merchants
• Demonstrate the value proposition of the Global Payments platform
• Manage client records and sales activities within CRM systems like Salesforce and Atlas
• Achieve minimum production requirements and sales quotas
• Upsell existing clients on additional products and services

Requirements

• 18 years of age or older
• Valid driver's license and ability to travel to client sites regularly
• Ability to be in the field at least 75% of the time
• Strong prospecting, networking, and communication skills
• Proven ability to work independently and drive sales results

Preferred Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED
• At least two years of relevant sales or professional experience
• Knowledge of the restaurant or retail industries
