Relationship Manager

Responsibilities

• Prospect new clients and close sales of business solutions to small and mid-sized merchants
• Conduct in-person and phone presentations to uncover business needs and demonstrate the payments platform
• Build and maintain referral partnerships and networks to set appointments
• Manage client records and sales activities within CRM platforms like Salesforce and Atlas
• Achieve minimum production requirements and sales quotas
• Upsell existing clients on additional Global Payments products and services

Requirements

• 18 years of age or older
• Valid driver's license and ability to travel to client sites
• Ability to be in the field at least 75% of the time
• Must reside in the local area relative to the job posting
• Strong prospecting, communication, and networking skills
• Sales "hunter" mindset with a high sense of urgency

Preferred Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED
• At least two years of relevant sales experience
• Knowledge of the Restaurant or Retail industries
