Relationship Manager

Responsibilities

• Prospect new clients and close sales of business solutions to small and mid-sized merchants
• Conduct in-person and phone presentations to uncover business needs and demonstrate the Payments Platform
• Build and develop referral partnerships and networks to set appointments
• Maintain accurate client records and interaction notes within CRM platforms like Salesforce and Atlas
• Achieve minimum production requirements and sales quotas
• Stay up-to-date on financial technology industry developments and product portfolios

Requirements

• 18 years of age or older
• Valid driver's license for regular travel to client sites
• Ability to be in the field a minimum of 75% of the time
• Must live in the area relative to the job location

Preferred Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED
• At least two years of relevant sales or professional experience
• Knowledge of the Restaurant and/or Retail industries
