Relationship Manager

Responsibilities

• Prospect new clients and secure appointments through networking and referral partnerships
• Conduct in-person and phone presentations to small and mid-sized merchants to close sales
• Demonstrate the value proposition of the Global Payments platform and upsell existing clients
• Maintain accurate client records and interaction notes within CRM systems (Atlas and Salesforce)
• Achieve minimum production requirements and sales quotas
• Stay updated on financial technology industry trends and product developments

Requirements

• Must be 18 years of age or older
• Valid driver's license is required for regular travel to client sites
• Ability to be in the field a minimum of 75% of the time
• Must reside in the area relative to the job location

Preferred Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED
• At least two years of relevant sales or professional experience
• Knowledge of the Restaurant and/or Retail industries
