Responsibilities
- Proactively acquire new business opportunities with SME clients
- Advise clients on appropriate products and services
- Prepare applications for leads generated through various channels
- Assist applicants in completing required procedures
- Coordinate with related teams for effective implementation
- Comply with sales processes to mitigate risks
- Obtain KYC documentation from potential borrowers
Requirements
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business, Finance, Accounting, or related field
- Minimum 1+ year of sales experience in finance, accounting, auditing, or banking
- Knowledge of commercial business and regulations affecting SME credits
- Strong communication and analytical skills
- Ability to work in a multicultural team
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience working at a local bank
- Knowledge of market trends and competitive intelligence
- Strong English skills
