About the Company
Funding Societies | Modalku is the largest SME digital finance platform in Southeast Asia. We provide business financing to small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs) and payment solutions, backed by major investors like Sequoia India and Softbank.
Responsibilities
- Proactively acquire new-to-Funding Societies SME clients through calls, canvassing, networking, and referrals
- Build and manage a pipeline of SME borrowers and drive deals from prospecting to disbursement
- Develop relationships with business owners and referral partners to generate consistent deal flow
- Attend networking and referral partner events to originate new opportunities
- Balance customer needs with company profitability and risk using a commercial mindset
Requirements
- 2–5 years experience in SME financing or B2B sales
- Strong hunter mentality and ability to win new business
- Proactive, resourceful, and comfortable in a target-driven environment
- Good communication skills in English and at least one second language
Preferred Qualifications
- Existing network of SME decision makers or referral partners
