Relationship Manager Forex

Responsibilities

• Contact, educate, and sell the company's FX products, services, and special offers to potential customers
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and partners
• Manage and grow the sales pipeline to meet or exceed targets
• Collaborate with customer service, back office, and compliance departments to ensure client satisfaction
• Follow company strategies to achieve sales goals and present monthly reports to management
• Utilize internal sales management software for daily business tasks

Requirements

• Minimum 3 years of experience in FX sales within a brokerage firm
• Bachelor's degree in business, finance, marketing, or a related field
• Extensive knowledge of margin trading products, retail FX solutions, and institutional business
• Native Arabic speaker with fluent English proficiency
• Previous work experience within the GCC region
