Relationship Manager, Financial Institutions

Responsibilities

• Manage and maintain strategic alliances and partner programs to drive operational deliverables and optimize business opportunities.
• Support the management of Strategic Alliance Partners (SAPs) by leading partner management staff and negotiating supplier contracts.
• Collaborate with Procurement, Legal, Finance, and Product Management to manage vendor relationships from onboarding through renewals and retirement.
• Develop and maintain long-term strategic roadmaps (3-5 years) in coordination with Executive and Product Management teams.
• Identify new business opportunities, emerging technologies, and partnerships to drive the development of new products and services.
• Facilitate productive discussions with third-party vendors and internal stakeholders to address supplier issues and contract negotiations.
• Monitor partner performance across all enterprise verticals and recommend process improvements to senior leadership.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree.
• Degree in Computer Science or an equivalent field (relevant experience may be considered in lieu of a degree).
• Minimum of 6 years of relevant professional experience.
• Proven experience in partnership management.
• Experience within the Fintech industry.

Preferred Qualifications

• Master's Degree.
• Advanced degree in Computer Science or a related technical field.
