Relationship Manager

Responsibilities

• Onboard new clients and grow existing accounts using a value-based relationship approach
• Meet and exceed personal and team KPI targets
• Activate, retain, and grow your customer portfolio through personalized voice and social media support
• Develop professional, trusting relationships with clients to ensure high levels of service
• Research prospects and analyze potential customer needs
• Prepare efficient sales activities using available tools, reports, and business insights
• Listen to customers and offer tailored solutions to their needs and concerns
• Cooperate with relevant departments to resolve issues and provide feedback on customer expectations
• Stay updated on global economic indicators, central bank decisions, and geopolitical events affecting forex markets
• Adhere to all compliance and security requirements

Requirements

• Native Malayalam and fluent English
• Expertise in Forex markets, including currency pairs and market dynamics
• Proven experience in sales within a CFD broker environment
• University degree in Business, Finance, Economics, or a related field
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret macroeconomic trends
• Excellent interpersonal and client service skills to manage high-value clients
• Ability to work autonomously in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience managing a sales team at a CFD broker
• Knowledge of regional financial regulations and licenses relevant to forex trading
