About the role
Responsibilities
- Serve as a trusted advisor and partner for clients, acting as the voice of the customer
- Manage client requests and provide timely, results-based customer service
- Act as a liaison between clients and internal teams including Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Operations, and Support
- Project manage client requests to ensure transparent communication and timely resolution
- Support associations by granting user access and triaging issues
- Gather documentation needed for bank account setup and reconciliations
- Handle customer escalations and answer inquiries via phone or Zendesk
- Track KPIs such as customer satisfaction, retention rates, and revenue growth
Requirements
- 2+ years of experience in Customer Success or Account Management
- Strong customer service and project management skills
- Ability to prioritize workload and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience using Asana or other project management tools
- Background in accounting, bookkeeping, or community association management
