About the role

Responsibilities

  • Serve as a trusted advisor and partner for clients, acting as the voice of the customer
  • Manage client requests and provide timely, results-based customer service
  • Act as a liaison between clients and internal teams including Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Operations, and Support
  • Project manage client requests to ensure transparent communication and timely resolution
  • Support associations by granting user access and triaging issues
  • Gather documentation needed for bank account setup and reconciliations
  • Handle customer escalations and answer inquiries via phone or Zendesk
  • Track KPIs such as customer satisfaction, retention rates, and revenue growth

Requirements

  • 2+ years of experience in Customer Success or Account Management
  • Strong customer service and project management skills
  • Ability to prioritize workload and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience using Asana or other project management tools
  • Background in accounting, bookkeeping, or community association management
