Relationship Manager - Commercial Mortgages

Responsibilities

• Source new business through targeted sales activities specializing in secured loans, including Commercial Mortgage Loans and Lease Rental Discounting.
• Identify and attract new borrowing relationships for secured loan offerings for both entities and individuals.
• Manage the full sales cycle, from prospecting and preparing comprehensive credit proposals to closing deals.
• Achieve and exceed direct asset sales targets in alignment with business KPIs.
• Collaborate with real estate agents, mortgage brokers, and channel stakeholders to enhance product offerings.
• Oversee mortgage loan portfolios to ensure excellent service delivery and adherence to SLAs.
• Engage in cross-selling activities to promote additional financial products to existing clients.

Requirements

• Proficiency in Arabic is essential.
• Demonstrated expertise in commercial mortgage loan sales.
• Comprehensive knowledge of the UAE market and demographics.
• Strong networking skills and the ability to collaborate with internal and external stakeholders.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, CRM systems, and banking platforms.
• Proven track record of delivering against ambitious targets within tight timelines.
• Exceptional communication and presentation skills.
• Willingness to travel across the UAE as necessary.
