About the role
Responsibilities
- Identify, target, and onboard high-value clients across enterprise, mid-market, and SME segments
- Conduct product pitches, demos, and consultative selling discussions with CXO-level stakeholders
- Build and manage long-term strategic client relationships to ensure high engagement and retention
- Act as a financial advisor to clients regarding cashflow cycles and financing gaps
- Own and deliver monthly and quarterly revenue targets
- Track pipeline, conversions, win rates, and productivity metrics using CRM platforms
- Collaborate with internal credit, onboarding, operations, and compliance teams
- Manage documentation, KYC, and operational settlements
Requirements
- 2–4 years of experience in B2B/BFSI solutions
- Proven track record in lending, supply chain finance, vendor financing, or digital financing platforms
- Documented record of achieving sales targets, incentives, and recognitions
- Experience with consultative selling to CXO-level stakeholders
- Ability to join within a maximum 30-day notice period
