About the role

Responsibilities

  • Identify, target, and onboard high-value clients across enterprise, mid-market, and SME segments
  • Conduct product pitches, demos, and consultative selling discussions with CXO-level stakeholders
  • Build and manage long-term strategic client relationships to ensure high engagement and retention
  • Act as a financial advisor to clients regarding cashflow cycles and financing gaps
  • Own and deliver monthly and quarterly revenue targets
  • Track pipeline, conversions, win rates, and productivity metrics using CRM platforms
  • Collaborate with internal credit, onboarding, operations, and compliance teams
  • Manage documentation, KYC, and operational settlements

Requirements

  • 2–4 years of experience in B2B/BFSI solutions
  • Proven track record in lending, supply chain finance, vendor financing, or digital financing platforms
  • Documented record of achieving sales targets, incentives, and recognitions
  • Experience with consultative selling to CXO-level stakeholders
  • Ability to join within a maximum 30-day notice period
