Relationship Manager

Responsibilities

• Cultivate and maintain positive relationships with a portfolio of 60-80 dealerships.
• Act as the primary point of contact for Capital One Auto Finance regarding underwriting and funding issues.
• Conduct outbound calls to dealers to capture new business and inbound calls to provide strategic support.
• Analyze territory production goals and develop strategic game plans to achieve monthly targets.
• Review underwriting structures and guide deals through the in-house funding process.
• Partner with internal teammates and outside sales managers to ensure operational alignment.

Requirements

• High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent certification.
• At least 1 year of experience in Financial Services or 1 year of Business to Business (B2B) Sales experience.
• Ability to work in-office 5 days a week for the initial 90-day training period.
• Availability to work approximately 3 Saturdays per month to cover dealer inquiries.

Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Business.
• 2+ years of experience in Auto Finance.
• 2+ years of experience in Customer Relations.
• 5+ years of experience in Customer Service.
