Responsibilities
- Proactively hunt and acquire new clients in the crypto derivatives market
- Maintain and grow relationships with existing clients to ensure ongoing business and satisfaction
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to meet and exceed targets
- Identify and capitalize on new business opportunities within the market
- Stay updated on market trends, competitor activities, and product developments
- Provide feedback to product development teams to enhance product offerings based on client needs
- Collaborate with internal teams, including marketing and product development, to align sales strategies
- Prepare regular reports on sales performance and market insights for management review
Requirements
- Minimum 3 years of experience in crypto derivatives/options sales
- Proven track record with trading firms, market makers, and other institutional clients
- Strong understanding of global crypto markets and financial instruments
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
