Responsibilities

• Proactively hunt and acquire new clients in the crypto derivatives market
• Maintain and grow relationships with existing clients to ensure ongoing business and satisfaction
• Develop and implement effective sales strategies to meet and exceed targets
• Identify and capitalize on new business opportunities within the market
• Stay updated on market trends, competitor activities, and product developments
• Provide feedback to product development teams to enhance product offerings based on client needs
• Collaborate with internal teams, including marketing and product development, to align sales strategies
• Prepare regular reports on sales performance and market insights for management review

Requirements

• Minimum 3 years of experience in crypto derivatives/options sales
• Proven track record with trading firms, market makers, and other institutional clients
• Strong understanding of global crypto markets and financial instruments
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
