Responsibilities

• Maintain and grow relationships with existing clients to ensure ongoing business and customer satisfaction
• Develop and implement effective operation strategies to meet and exceed targets
• Identify and capitalize on new business opportunities within the market
• Stay updated on market trends, competitor activities, and product developments
• Provide feedback to product development teams to enhance product offerings based on client needs
• Collaborate with internal teams, including marketing and product development, to align sales strategies
• Prepare regular reports on sales performance and market insights for management review

Requirements

• Minimum 5 years of experience in crypto spot, derivatives, or options client supporting roles
• Proven track record dealing with brokers, proprietary trading firms, exchanges, family offices, and asset management firms
• Strong understanding of global crypto markets and financial instruments
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Chinese
• Well-established network within the crypto trading community
