About the role
Responsibilities
- Manage a portfolio of approximately 200 companies (Seed through Series B+) as the primary contact for founders and CFOs
- Maintain awareness of client financial health and funding status to identify proactive opportunities
- Drive Net Revenue Retention (NRR) through product expansion including credit cards, banking, and bill pay
- Lead deposit acquisition by positioning banking and treasury solutions during financing rounds
- Execute competitive defense strategies to protect the book of business
- Partner with cross-functional teams to deliver optimal client solutions
- Prioritize field engagement through in-person meetings and monthly curated client events
- Maintain rigorous Salesforce hygiene and use tools like Vitally, Gong, and Looker
Requirements
- 4+ years of experience in relationship management, account management, sales, or partnerships
- Experience within the startup, SaaS, or banking industry preferred
- Consistent record of exceeding quotas in competitive environments
- Strong understanding of the startup ecosystem
- Ability to analyze data and metrics to drive strategy
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
