About the role

Responsibilities

  • Build high value, consultative relationships with clients
  • Evangelize the Boomtrain product offering and train customers on usage
  • Proactively expand deal size by increasing customer usage and product adoption
  • Ensure a 100% renewal rate
  • Build a community around customers to share best practices
  • Improve operational performance and collaboration within the Relationship Management team
  • Project manage onboarding timelines with the Solutions team to ensure customers surpass KPIs
  • Interface with Solutions or Technical Support teams to resolve client issues promptly

Requirements

  • 3+ years of professional experience in a client-facing role
  • Demonstrated experience with complex products such as enterprise CRM, ERP, Consulting Services, or Marketing Automation Systems
  • Ability to understand various technical architectures and operating systems
  • Ability to communicate technical concepts visually to non-technical users
  • Experience managing high-level client relationships and escalations

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in Media, Publishing, or eCommerce
