About the role
Responsibilities
- Build high value, consultative relationships with clients
- Evangelize the Boomtrain product offering and train customers on usage
- Proactively expand deal size by increasing customer usage and product adoption
- Ensure a 100% renewal rate
- Build a community around customers to share best practices
- Improve operational performance and collaboration within the Relationship Management team
- Project manage onboarding timelines with the Solutions team to ensure customers surpass KPIs
- Interface with Solutions or Technical Support teams to resolve client issues promptly
Requirements
- 3+ years of professional experience in a client-facing role
- Demonstrated experience with complex products such as enterprise CRM, ERP, Consulting Services, or Marketing Automation Systems
- Ability to understand various technical architectures and operating systems
- Ability to communicate technical concepts visually to non-technical users
- Experience managing high-level client relationships and escalations
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in Media, Publishing, or eCommerce
