Relationship Manager

Responsibilities

• Build and grow a portfolio of commercial clients with strong connections to Pacific Rim markets
• Structure complex lending solutions and secure credit approvals through collaboration with internal stakeholders
• Develop new business by identifying prospects and cross-selling bank products including credit, trust, and cash management
• Manage high-value client relationships by providing strategic financial advice and exceptional service
• Analyze market trends, industry developments, and competitive positioning to optimize client solutions
• Ensure strict adherence to regulatory requirements, internal controls, and risk management frameworks
• Prepare performance reports and market insights for senior leadership to drive strategic decision-making

Requirements

• 7+ years of experience in Relationship Management, Account Management, or Portfolio Management within a corporate banking environment
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Accounting, or a related discipline
• Deep expertise in commercial credit, risk assessment, and structuring complex deals
• Proficiency in financial analysis and portfolio management
• Proven track record of meeting sales metrics and generating significant revenue

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience working with Pacific Rim clients and understanding cross-border business needs and cultural nuances
• Bilingual proficiency in Mandarin, Cantonese, Vietnamese, Korean, or Japanese
