Responsibilities
- Contribute stable monthly achievement of funding team target
- Inform and educate Lenders about the company’s products, services and special offers
- Acquire and onboard new lenders pipeline with great potential to become long term premium lender
- Proactively source and acquire new lenders through various channels, including personal networking, partnerships, and market outreach
- Initiate, plan, and execute offline/online events or joint events with partners to generate new lender acquisition opportunities
- Streamline complaints and issues by gathering support from relevant functions like Operations, Customer Experience, and Product
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree from any major
- Fresh graduates are welcome to apply
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Self-starter with strong problem-solving attitude and customer-oriented mindset
- Excellent sales skills and target-oriented mindset
- Highly driven, resilient, and able to work in a fast-paced environment
- Great networking and familiarity with the potential premium lenders segment
