Relationship Manager

Responsibilities

• Manage assigned loan portfolio consisting of adversely classified production agriculture accounts
• Ensure timely servicing and resolution of delinquencies or defaults
• Perform comprehensive financial analysis to provide sound credit recommendations
• Make quality credit decisions and approve or recommend loan actions within delegated authority
• Maintain effective relationship management through financial analysis and negotiation
• Accurately classify loans and report portfolio quality and statistics
• Establish valuations of real estate and personal property collateral
• Participate in loan closings and ensure appropriate documentation
• Gather financial information for credit investigations and customer visits

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in business, economics, finance, or equivalent
• At least two years of professional experience in banking or credit, preferably in restructuring
• Ability to interpret complex financial statements and loan documents
• Solid understanding of bankruptcy and foreclosure processes and laws
• Strong verbal and written communication and negotiation skills
• Knowledge of real estate market and real estate law
• Valid state driver's license
• Willingness to travel up to 20%
