Relationship Executive - Mid-Corporate Banking - Executive Director

Responsibilities

• Acquire new clients and manage a portfolio of mid-corporate relationships with revenues between $100 million and $2 billion
• Act as the primary interface with the Mid-Cap Investment Banking Team and financial sponsors
• Provide strategic financial advice and introduce comprehensive banking solutions to clients
• Grow and retain profitable relationships within the target market
• Champion a culture of innovation and a customer-centric mindset
• Stay updated on industry trends to identify strategic partnership opportunities

Requirements

• 7+ years of lending or credit support experience with a focus on business relationships
• Deep understanding of Commercial Banking products and services
• Proven client relationship skills with the ability to engage with CEOs and CFOs
• Corporate finance expertise and strong transaction execution skills
• FINRA Series 79, 63, and SIE licenses (or ability to obtain within 180 days of hire)
• Strong organizational and interpersonal skills to manage tight deadlines and senior stakeholders

Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree and formal credit training
• Experience with Financial Sponsors, Direct Lending, and Capital Markets Solutions
• Proven sales management and business development skills
• Strong creative problem-solving abilities and strategic thinking
