Relationship Executive

Responsibilities

• Acquire new clients and manage a portfolio of mid-corporate relationships, focusing on companies with annual revenues between $100 million and $2 billion.
• Act as the primary interface with the Mid-Cap Investment Banking Team and the financial sponsors team.
• Grow and retain profitable relationships within the Mid-Corporate Banking target market.
• Provide strategic financial advice and introduce comprehensive banking solutions to clients.
• Champion a culture of innovation and a customer-centric mindset.
• Stay updated on industry trends to identify opportunities for strategic partnerships and process automation.

Requirements

• 7+ years of lending or credit support experience with a focus on business relationships.
• Deep understanding of Commercial Banking products and services.
• Proven client relationship skills with the ability to engage effectively with CEOs and CFOs.
• Corporate finance expertise and strong transaction execution skills.
• FINRA Series 79, 63, and SIE licenses required (or must be obtained within 180 days of hire).
• Demonstrated experience meeting or exceeding sales goals.
• Strong interpersonal, influencing, and organizational skills.

Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree and formal credit training.
• Experience with Financial Sponsors, Direct Lending, and Capital Markets Solutions.
• Proficiency in sales management and business development.
• Strong creative problem-solving abilities and strategic thinking.
