Relationship Executive

Responsibilities

• Act as the focal point for client acquisition and ongoing relationship management within the Emerging Middle Market.
• Provide strategic financial advice to businesses with annual revenues between $20 million and $100 million.
• Develop weekly sales plans to prioritize revenue-generating opportunities and cultivate referral sources.
• Champion a culture of innovation and a customer-centric mindset to identify strategic partnerships.
• Collaborate with internal partners and resources to introduce comprehensive banking solutions to clients.

Requirements

• 7+ years of lending or credit support experience with a focus on business relationships.
• Deep understanding of Commercial Banking products and services.
• Proven ability to meet or exceed sales goals as a top individual contributor.
• Strong client relationship skills with the ability to engage effectively with CEOs and CFOs.
• Deep local market knowledge and established connections.
• Excellent organizational and interpersonal skills to manage priorities under pressure.

Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree and formal credit training.
• Strong business development and sales management skills.
• Proven ability in creative problem-solving and strategic thinking.
• Ability to multitask and remain flexible to changing business priorities.
