Relationship Executive - Emerging Middle Market Commercial Banking

Responsibilities

• Act as the primary focal point for client acquisition and relationship management within the Emerging Middle Market segment.
• Provide strategic financial advice to businesses with annual revenues between $20 million and $100 million.
• Develop and execute weekly sales plans to prioritize revenue-generating opportunities and cultivate referral sources.
• Champion a customer-centric mindset and stay updated on industry trends to identify strategic partnership opportunities.
• Collaborate with internal partners and resources to introduce comprehensive banking solutions to clients.
• Drive efficiency through the use of technical infrastructure and automation.

Requirements

• 7+ years of lending or credit support experience with a focus on business relationships.
• Deep understanding of Commercial Banking products and services.
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales goals as a top individual contributor.
• Strong client relationship skills with the ability to engage effectively with CEOs and CFOs.
• Deep local market knowledge and established connections.
• Excellent organizational, interpersonal, and influencing skills.

Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree and formal credit training.
• Strong business development and sales management skills.
• Proven ability to provide creative solutions and solve complex problems.
