Relationship Executive - Emerging Middle Market Commercial Banking - Executive Director

Responsibilities

• Act as the focal point for client acquisition and manage profitable relationships for companies with annual revenues between $20 million and $100 million
• Develop weekly sales plans to prioritize revenue-generating opportunities and cultivate referral sources
• Champion a culture of innovation and a customer-centric mindset within the Emerging Middle Market space
• Stay updated on industry trends to identify strategic partnerships and opportunities for innovation
• Utilize technical infrastructure and automation to improve operational efficiency
• Collaborate with internal partners to introduce comprehensive financial solutions to clients

Requirements

• 7+ years of lending or credit support experience with a focus on business relationships
• Deep understanding of Commercial Banking products and services
• Proven ability to meet or exceed sales goals as a top individual contributor
• Strong client relationship skills with the ability to engage effectively with CEOs and CFOs
• Deep local market knowledge and established connections
• Excellent organizational, interpersonal, and influencing skills

Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree and formal credit training
• Strong business development and sales management skills
• Proven ability to build and maintain positive client relationships
• Excellent business judgment, strategic thinking, and creative problem-solving abilities
