Relationship Director - Specialist Finance

Responsibilities

• Manage and oversee the performance, risk, and controls of a portfolio of sophisticated, strategic specialist finance clients.
• Act as the lead treasury banker for clients, driving Global Treasury Coverage across the Corporate and Investment Bank (CIB).
• Deliver profitable performance and growth through effective collaboration with markets, regions, and product teams.
• Partner with Investment Banking Coverage, Risk, Operations, and Technology to deliver client solutions while safeguarding the firm.
• Ensure effective risk management and compliance with all regulatory, operational, legal, and credit risk policies.
• Drive client relationships across various business lines, including Private Bank, Investment Bank, and Cards and Payments.
• Provide expert advice to senior functional management and influence strategic initiatives.

• Proven experience managing sophisticated client portfolios within the finance sector.
• Demonstrated ability to drive global treasury coverage and manage complex client needs.
• Strong expertise in effective risk management and regulatory compliance.
• Advanced influencing and communication skills with the ability to engage high-performing teams.
• Strategic decision-making capabilities and experience with complex stakeholder management.
• Ability to analyze large volumes of structured and unstructured data to develop client solutions.
• Experience navigating changing credit and market risk environments.
