Relationship Consultant

Responsibilities

• Manage relationships and provide customer service for corporate clients regarding health, dental, and life insurance benefits.
• Execute operational and administrative tasks including inclusions, exclusions, invoice verification, and cost allocations.
• Support beneficiaries with inquiries regarding coverage, limitations, and reimbursements.
• Manage processes for authorizations, scheduling, and hospitalizations.
• Maintain and update control records and assist with benefit campaigns and onboarding routines.
• Resolve conflicts and establish effective communication channels between clients, insurance operators, and internal departments.
• Collaborate with Operations, Implementation, Quotation, and Medical teams to ensure service agility.

Requirements

• Proven experience working in insurance brokerages.
• In-depth knowledge of health, dental, and group life insurance norms and coverage.
• Higher education degree (completed).
• Intermediate proficiency in Excel (including VLOOKUP and main formulas).
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word and PowerPoint.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong conflict management and relationship-building abilities.
• Availability to work onsite in Macaé.
